Job summary

UniFide CST in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair weighing equipment across retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity systems.

You will travel to customer sites throughout the region, perform preventive maintenance, document service reports, and build lasting relationships while delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and PC software).
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and complete required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.

UniFide CST is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity weighing equipment throughout the Green Bay area. The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on mobile support and expertise to businesses in the Green Bay and surrounding area. From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing UniFide CST
