Job summary

UniFide CST Scale Systems in West Salem, WI is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on mobile support, diagnose issues, install and calibrate equipment, and perform preventive maintenance for our weighing systems, thermal printing equipment, and data collection software.

You will work Monday to Friday with some overtime, bring strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, a Class B CDL or willingness to obtain one, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Technical, or Electronics or equivalent work experience.
• Technical/troubleshooting competence in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to them.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in field equipment.
• Provide hands-on mobile support, installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and generate comprehensive reports.
