Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate to support in-store operations, engage customers, and recommend technology and service solutions. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tools usage, and service plan recommendations, with success measured by customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
