Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and guide service plan choices in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, use digital tools, and help customers throughout their shopping journey, while developing skills in customer interaction and problem solving. Starting with strong onboarding, you’ll be trained on retail processes and wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
