Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club setting, educating and demonstrating products while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll receive training and a Total Rewards package including stock grants, 401(k), PTO, and healthcare. Requirements include a HS diploma and 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide excellent service, build rapport, drive sales, and proactively attract customers and referrals.
