Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to serve as the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and provide exceptional service in a high-traffic environment.

You will complete training on products, benefits, and store operations, while building relationships, driving sales, and collecting referrals. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset; age 18+ and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment.

Responsibilities
