T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and delivering personalized device and service solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits. You will complete required training, participate in on-the-job coaching, and contribute to a seamless customer experience while helping drive loyalty and store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in customer service or sales, preferably retail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Contribute to a seamless customer experience and assist with additional duties as needed.
