Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a frontline mobile associate to engage customers and facilitate their technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, focusing on exceptional service and solutions that meet individual needs. Training is provided; career growth is encouraged within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
