Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and to learn quickly.
• Strong customer advocacy and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up where they left off in shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring needs and demonstrating latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and plan.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Becomes skilled with digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to hand off small business leads.
