T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team. You will work as a brand ambassador, helping customers explore products and services, and building energy around the T-Mobile experience in-store.

You will learn with your team and prepare for the Mobile Expert role, completing training and developing skills in customer service, sales, and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class experience.
• Demonstrates latest technology with hands-on in-store demonstrations.
• Sell alongside team to tailor solutions beyond devices and service plans.
• Coordinate with colleagues across channels to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
