T-Mobile is hiring for Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

This role emphasizes customer-focused service and relationship-building. Responsibilities include leveraging digital tools, identifying customer needs, and following onboarding processes to ensure a smooth customer

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
