T-Mobile US Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations, delivering the T-Mobile brand through active customer engagement.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced store-in-store setting. Ideal candidates have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a background in retail customer service, and a passion for helping customers connect with the right wireless solutions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Mansioni

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready at all times; onboard customers with nearby stores.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport and trust; follow up with customers, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and price overrides where applicable.
• Collaborate with local leadership and store teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support and servicing.
