Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to energize customer experiences in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend wireless solutions while leveraging digital tools to guide customers through self-serve options and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and promotions; onboard customers and support store operations.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
