Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.
• Build relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and support device/account setup.
• Collaborate with nearby stores and participate in training on products and processes.
