Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions in a fast-paced environment, with training to advance to Mobile Expert. Expect on‑the‑floor learning and strong focus on customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
