At T-Mobile, Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, bring the brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You engage customers, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate value of our wireless products in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will monitor needs, use solution-based selling, and work to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Training is provided, with progression toward a Mobile Expert role and incentive opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Onboard and educate customers, build relationships, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support store operations and protect assets during opening/closing procedures.
