T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team as a brand ambassador who educates customers on devices and services and builds lasting connections in-store. You will learn through training and grow with a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop expertise in customer engagement, product demonstrations, and personalized solutions while advancing toward the Mobile Expert role with ongoing skill development and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate who can connect with customers and have fun while helping them.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learn, and share ideas.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class experience.
• Assist customers by recalling where they left off in their shopping journey and providing demonstrations.
• Sell products and services by identifying personalized solutions beyond basic device plans.
• Develop skills with digital tools and learn in-store processes, knowledge resources and systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
