T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to act as brand ambassadors, delivering an elite customer experience and building loyalty in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn about the latest devices and services and help customers find tailored solutions in-store and online.

As a learning role, you’ll train with a team, develop essential sales skills, and grow toward the Mobile Expert position. Eligibility includes being 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and having customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, care, in-store).
• Demonstrate latest technology and tailor solutions in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to meet individual needs with personalized solutions.
• Approach service with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding consistently.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels for small business leads.
