Job summary

T-MOBILE USA, Inc. is looking for Mobile Associates to enhance the customer experience and drive sales within National Sales partner locations. This role requires the ability to engage actively with customers, using digital tools to highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma and experience in customer service or sales. The position offers a base pay of $19.50 plus training pay, with total earnings guaranteed at $20/hour and potential incentives up to $18,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
