T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store locations.

You’ll engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and build strong relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process. You will complete product and process training, stay up-to-date on promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
