Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Provide personalized device/service solutions beyond basic plans and add-ons.
• Maintain composure, integrity, and compassionate service during interactions.
• Use digital tools for interactions and onboarding with customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and pass along small business leads.
