Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to join our store-in-store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, educate them on our wireless solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value.

Training is provided to stay up-to-date with products, promotions, and store procedures, with opportunities to grow within the retail team. We value strong customer focus, relationship-building, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-traffic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use solution-based selling to identify customer needs and showcase wireless products and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; maintain knowledge of promotions and Hub updates to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby store leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
