Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and drive personalized solutions within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, both online and in-store, while building loyalty and a great experience. Successful candidates bring a passion for helping others, prior retail or customer service exposure, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing an elite customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to identify and handoff small business leads.
