Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team. You will learn, build product knowledge, and help customers at the store while completing new-employee training. This entry role focuses on customer engagement, hands-on demos, and collaborative problem-solving with peers and leaders.

You will develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment, guiding customers through devices, services, and accessories to meet their needs and enhance their wireless lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
