Job summary

Snap-on in Sunnyvale, CA, is hiring a Route Sales Representative to manage weekly goals, perform hands-on demos, and drive from shop to shop delivering tools to professional technicians. You’ll build routes, maintain inventory, and ensure showroom condition of your mobile store.

We provide full training, a competitive base salary with a 15% quarterly bonus, and benefits. Prior outside sales or B2B experience is valued, with a DOT-compliant drive required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in direct or outside sales or sales management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with using a smartphone to access apps and email.

Responsibilities

• Drive your mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands-on demos
• Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Operate your store as a model for future franchisees and Snap-on team members
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivable accounts while keeping your van in showroom condition
• Share ideas, collaborating with managers, and setting the standard for Snap-on excellence
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations and collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices
