Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory using a fully stocked mobile store. The role involves cold-calling, prospecting, and direct customer engagement.

Applicants must reside within the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and be physically able to kneel and bend regularly to access the store floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and attain goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
