Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory using a fully stocked mobile store. The role requires local residency in the territory, and you must be able to acquire or lease a qualified mobile store vehicle.

You will cold-call and prospect new customers, present solutions, and manage operations of your mobile storefront, including accurate daily reporting and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; ideally max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products via sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact data in the company software.
