Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver mobile hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory.

The role relies on cold-calling and prospecting to grow a customer base and requires you to reside in the assigned territory and to be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle. You must maintain a clean driving history and have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly as you operate a mobile storefront and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route/industrial sales, preferred.
• No job hopping; ideal candidate has a max of 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present Solutions: Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store to present products.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports of sales orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts in company software with notes and addresses.
