Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory via a mobile store.

You will cold-call and prospect to expand the customer base, and you must own or lease a supported mobile store vehicle while maintaining a clean driving record. Responsibilities include presenting products through demos, keeping the mobile unit in top condition, and submitting accurate daily reports on sales and calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts in company software.
