Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory using a fully stocked mobile store.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, and managing daily store operations while maintaining data integrity in the company software. High school diploma required; prior industrial sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route/industrial sales, is preferred.
• Tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over 10 years is ideal.
• Ability to kneel and bend regularly when operating a mobile store.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching and calling on nearby businesses; conduct face-to-face visits with cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation and marketing of the mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in the company system.
