H. T. PROF Group, America's Mobile Industrial Hardware Store, is seeking a Route Sales Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory.

You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new business, present solutions, and maintain accurate daily reports. The role requires discipline, a clean driving record, and physical ability to kneel and bend as you load and unload at client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have tenured background with a max of 3 jobs in 10 years.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses using company software.
