Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Route Sales Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware to customers in a defined territory. You will grow a customer base through cold-calling and face-to-face visits with your mobile store in tow.

The role requires territory residency, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store, a clean driving history, and the physical ability to kneel and bend regularly to service accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate goal attainment.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: build new sales prospects and call on businesses near current customers.
• Present solutions: use sample boards, demos, and the mobile store to showcase products.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
