Qualifications

• 6 months to a year of experience as a janitor.
• Must have dependable transportation to the work site.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive between multiple sites on a flexible schedule.
• Clean and disinfect all assigned work areas.
• Monitor and report supply needs for assigned work areas, stocking supplies when Orders arrive at work sites.
• Inspect and report equipment issues to the direct Supervisor.
• Inspects work when a supervisor is unable to do so.
• Supports and relieves other janitorial staff.
• Provide necessary site training to probationary employees.
• Communication and reporting to the direct Supervisor and Manager.
