Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Janitor/Driver for our OHSU operations in Portland, OR. The role supports daily upkeep and facilities maintenance with a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, paying $20.00 per hour. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

The position offers opportunities to perform cleaning tasks, manage supplies, report issues, and assist customers within the facility while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct rounds to collect trash, empty receptacles, and maintain clean facilities.
• Report malfunctions, safety hazards, and needed repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist customers and provide service within the facility as directed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
