Job summary

Relay Resources is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in the Portland, OR area to oversee day-to-day operations of janitorial contracts across multiple customer locations. The role requires driving and presence on-site during normal business hours to ensure contract compliance and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years combined education, janitorial operations, and/or management experience, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years combined education, janitorial operations, and/or management experience
• Experience in a clinical or health cleaning industry is preferred
• Experience working or volunteering with persons with disabilities and/or diverse populations is preferred
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Some knowledge of contracts preferred
• Physical ability to perform occasional janitorial tasks; walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365 office
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record
• Pass a criminal background check to obtain Federal security clearances

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of assigned RR Janitorial contracts at multiple customer locations, typically within an assigned geographic area
• Ensure contract requirements, RR Policies, Procedures, Work Rules and Safety policies are followed
• Driving is an essential function of this job; presence at the worksite during normal business hours is required
