Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, with emphasis on service plan recommendations and digital tools. The role offers on-the-job training with an immediate training pay and a clear path to the Mobile Expert role plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
