Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on store benefits, and drive sales. You will train on products, services, and systems, then apply consultative selling to meet customer needs.

You will build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support Be Back processes while aiming to exceed expectations. This is a full-time on-site role in Texas with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and communicate the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences, build rapport, drive sales activity, and follow up with customers and referrals.
