Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to engage customers, demonstrate technology and service plans, and guide shopping journeys in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will complete training, develop product knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalized solutions while serving customers with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required with 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
