Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, building product knowledge and recommending service plans. You will use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and complete training to stay current on wireless innovations.

The role includes collaborating across channels for a seamless customer journey, with a base hourly pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, and a pathway to incentives and stock benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting with strong communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
