Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive loyalty in a high-traffic retail environment.

You’ll receive thorough training on products and processes, with an emphasis on exceptional service, relationship building, and proactive referrals to boost sales and customer satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and uses digital tools to educate and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and resources; perform skills practice and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers and collect referrals; handle Be Back processes and foster relationships.
