Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, driving energy, education, and solutions for customers in a high-traffic environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and education to showcase the value of member benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and support Be Back processes.
