Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic setting. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while building lasting relationships and driving sales.

We emphasize teamwork and exceptional service. Minimum 6 months in customer service or sales is preferred, with a High School Diploma or GED required to join.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate customers on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes and products, and apply new skills to improve customer experiences.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
