Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk. In a high-traffic setting you will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding service and helping customers stay connected to what matters.

You will train on store processes, gain skills quickly, and contribute to sales activity. Pay starts at $18/hour base with $5/hour training pay; after ramp you may target $18,000/year in incentives and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and demonstrating products and showcasing benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experiences, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Proactively attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, and help drive sales while building rapport and loyalty.
