T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to deliver energetic, knowledgeable service in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices, and help them stay connected with best-in-class solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, effective communication, and sales skills learned through training. Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least six months in customer service or retail sales; stand out with a passion

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential for educating customers and driving sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing product value.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes and systems to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Build rapport, trust and loyalty with customers, drive sales activity, and follow up with referrals and Be Back opportunities.
