T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosks, engaging customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn our store processes, use digital tools, educate customers, and deliver outstanding experiences while representing the Un-carrier brand.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits of T-Mobile's store-in-store experience.
• Complete training on products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and share knowledge to provide best customer experiences.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers and drive sales activity in the location.
