T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team as a learning role, advancing from in-store customer engagement to the Mobile Expert level. You’ll complete new employee training and grow proficiency in selling the latest technology while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail, with a passion for helping customers and a collaborative team spirit.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
