Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, delivering a world-class experience and building loyalty.
• Uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans and services, and completes store training.
• Establishes relationships with other T-Mobile employees to own the customer experience and support team initiatives.
