Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is recruiting licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care across Colorado and beyond. You will set your own schedule, treat patients at their homes, and record progress efficiently through the Luna app.

Compensation is per visit with opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits, plus safety features and integrated care tools. This role offers flexibility, with part-time, full-time, contract, per diem, and PRN options and on-the-road work.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
