Job summary

Luna is hiring physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes. You’ll set your own schedule and Luna matches you with nearby patients with a short average drive. Documentation is quick via the Luna app, and each visit is dedicated to a single patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
