Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy delivers in-home physical therapy with a tech-enabled platform across the United States. You choose your own hours and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a short drive, supporting a balanced caseload you control.

Earn per-visit pay with the opportunity to increase visits, plus Luna Safety Shield and integrated Luna app workouts for seamless care delivery. Active PT license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Liability insurance required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
